Peaceful Ferret
Today I let Shiva have the run of the house. She’s gotten really good at staying near me lately so I trusted that she would continue that habit today. I went upstairs to go prep some dinner when I noticed that it was a little quiet. I looked all around the upper floor that I was on, but Shiva was no where to be found. Haha, yeah we brought two ferrets 8 hours in a car, We stopped every now and then just so they could strech there legs and poop and just enjoy the fresh air, so you should be good : )

You should have a fair sized carrier, like for a small dog or cat, a water bottle that attaches to the meshfront and maybe hang a hamock on the inside, a harrness wont hurt that way when you stop for gas or something you can let her strech her legs.

Last night was Shivas’ first night out of her cage for the entire night. Everything went smoothly and I was only woken up once because she climbed over my head to get to a water bottle on my nightstand *sigh*. I’ve actually NEVER bathed farrah (just like cats - they don’t NEED baths) and she doesn’t smell in the least - I don’t even use bi-odor. The 15 seconds of smell after she poos is no big deal, imo, because it goes away right away
